Designer Mel Lim started her line
JOY in the US in 2005. The same product line is being
marketed and sold in UK/EU as Mel Lim. The designs may
change slightly to fit our European buyers/market better.
Nonetheless, all designs are still produced under the
same designer and her team, with the same high quality
and care.

International
orders
We accept international orders and we charge a flat shipping
fee of GBP10.00. All orders are shipped via United States
Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time ranges from 5 to
14 business days. We will ship all orders that are placed
on weekdays within 24 to 48 hours. Some products that
are handmade may take up to 7 days. Orders that are placed
on the weekend will ship the following Monday. We ship
from San Diego, CA. Mel Lim/JOY by Mel Lim is neither
liable nor responsible for any delays, damage, or failure
of delivery by USPS.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
terms of sale
All sales are final. No cash refunds, exchanges or returns
for non-damaged goods, so please purchase with confidence.
CA residents, please add 7.75% state sales tax. Returns
for damaged merchandise must be pre-authorized by Mel
Lim/JOY by Mel Lim, and be accompanied by an authorization
number (RMA#). Damaged or defective merchandise maybe exchanged
for identitical items or for store credit and must be reported within 3 business days.
We kindly ask that customers ship defective
or damaged merchandise or returns in it's original packaging
to address above. All shipping charges
for any returns or exchanges is the responsibility of
the buyer. Cancellations can only be made before the item
has been packaged for shipping. Orders that cannot be
delivered or where delivery is refused will not be refunded
if delivery was properly attempted to the address given
in the Order.
tracking
An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your
order is received. We will also email you a shipping confrimation
along with tracking number once order is shipped.
